Q. Are
you a legal Company?
A. Yes. We are licensed by the government of Costa
Rica which allows us to legally accept bets over the
Internet from anywhere in the world. Costa Rica is
the only island in the Caribbean which regulates Offshore
gambling through its Free Trade and Processing Zone.
This institution monitors offshore gambling activities
throughout Costa Rica.
Q. How do I know My money is safe?
A. Each client’s deposit is held in an escrow
account and insured up to $150,000 and pride ourselves
on our high level of confidentiality. We want you
to feel secure in knowing that when you request your
money you get your money. Bottom Line.....We Pay!
Q. Do you report my winnings to the IRS?
A. BETONSPORTS-SPORTSBOOK is a foreign owned
company and as such does not report any client information
to any governmental agencies. It is the responsibility
of each customer to check with their Local, State
or Federal jurisdictions about off shore winnings/losses.
